Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in China, the cost of return shipping typically ranges between AUD 25 and AUD 50. The specific shipping fee should be based on the express delivery company you choose. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at contact@mornington-boutique.com with the reason for your return. Provide your contact information, order number, and include clear photos or videos of any defects or damage. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may sometimes reconsider your purchase. You may cancel your order until 12 AM (midnight) on the second day after your purchase. After this deadline, we will have already processed your order, and cancellations will no longer be possible. However, once you receive your order, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy outlined above.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses leading to issues during the shipping process.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.

  • All returns are sent to our central warehouse at the customer’s expense.

  • If the track and trace from the last mile delivery carrier shows that the package has been marked as delivered to the customer, we are no longer responsible for the package’s whereabouts.

  • We provide a size chart on each product page that customers must consult before purchasing to avoid sizing issues. If a customer selects the wrong size, we are not responsible for correcting the mistake.
